تقع (القنطرة البيضة باللهجة الدارجة المحلية)، التي يُطلق عليها أيضًا "قنطرة الإمام علي عليه السلام"، على نهر الحسينية. تقع إلى الشرق من مركز المدينة على مسافة 5 كم، في منطقة مشهورة بكثافة بساتين النخيل. يعود تاريخ إنشائها إلى أكثر من 450 عامًا، وهي من المباني القديمة التي شُيدت في كربلاء، والتي يعود تاريخها إلى قرنين من الزمن. بُنيت القنطرة على هيئة أقواس مدببة بالطابوق والطابوق الفرشي والجص، وتتميز عمارتها بالطراز العثماني.
Al-Qantara Al-Bayda (Qantara Al-Bayda in the local dialect), also called the “Qantara of Imam Ali, peace be upon him,” is located on the Al-Husseiniyah River. It is located east of the city center, at a distance of 5 km, in an area famous for its dense palm groves. Its construction dates back more than 450 years, and it is one of the oldest buildings built in Karbala, dating back two centuries. The arch was built in the form of pointed arches with bricks, brush bricks and plaster, and its architecture is characterized by the Ottoman style.
